F1 key (hide GUI) should hide particle effects

When taking a screenshot, particles from potions and beacons obstruct the screen, making good screenshots more difficult. Those particles should be hidden if the player hides the GUI, rather than needing a texture pack or deactivating beacons for a simple screenshot without particles.
