    Larger simulation distance would help with large villages.  Villages often break when they are larger than simulation distance.  Allowing us to at least temporarily increase simulation distance could help fix this.

    we really need this to be a thing, hell I'd even take being actually have to have NBT data edits stick on bedrock level.dat files for changing the "serverChunkTickRange" setting if we want to use a higher simulation distance than 12 chunks, but 12 chunks is massively limiting and honestly stupidly restrictive for those of us playing on PC with decent hardware, I have to get to 50 chunks plus render distance with vibrant visuals before my framerate gets too choppy and that's double what the default cap for vibrant visuals, my PC can handle 35 chunk render distance and a 30 chunk simulation distance. Hell in java edition with distant horizons mod and sodium I can do 512 chunk viewing distance with over 30 chunk simulation distance and shades on as well and still be in the 80-110FPS range, there is 0 reason to restrict bedrock to such silly arbitrarily low simulation distances
