Please read this, I think y’all might like it. This is an idea that I had while I was playing Minecraft dungeons with friends. What if you made a nightmare event? There could be a bed in the house, of the camp area, and you could sleep in it, and have a “Nightmare”.
you would have 1 life, and you would have sanity points that go down, if your sanity runs out, you die, and “wake up”. But there would be a higher chance of getting uniques then playing normal levels, and as you sanity went down, your “nightmare” would get weirder. Like mobs might combine stats with eachother, or appearances with eachother as well, and it might start changing the “level” you were in, like you might be in a mooshroom area, but then your in creeper woods all of a sudden. You could start at like 10 or 20 “sanity points” there would be a way to get them back, but I’m not entirely sure how that would happen. But it would only be one “sanity point” at a time. this should be added in the game, and I very much like the idea of it myself, and it would be infinite until you die. BUT, you can not “sleep” again until you beat 5 levels, and the first level after your “nightmare” you would have 10% less health, 10% less speed, and 10% less damage. BUT the thing that would make it worth “sleeping” is that it’s easier to get uniques in it, and MAYBE, you might find a secret trader in it, that you could buy an item from, normally unique, and then it would disappear. This is jus an idea, but please vote this. Bye!!!
