Effect hud

In java edition you can see the time of a potion effect when you open your inventory and don’t have the recipe book open, I think you should be able to see the time of an effect on nintendo switch aswell

    On Bedrock in general too! The effect icons currently shows up when it wants to outside of the inventory menu. You can press 'z' on PC keyboard to show the countdown time but the icon should at least remain on the main HUD at all times. The timer showing up in the inventory menu should also be here to be in parity with Java. At least should be toggleable to show it depending on the device you're playing on.
