Special Use Name Tag for Kids ... Peter Pan

Minecraft baby animals and villager kids are cute! It would be nice to be able to keep a population of kids around that will not "grow up". It would add some fun atmosphere to village or build.

The suggestion would be to have a specialized name tag for this. In much the same way that "Dinnerbone", "jeb_", "Johnny" and others function. It would be nice to have a name that would suspend the "aging" of a baby animal or villager.

Maybe by naming the baby "Peter Pan"

It could also work if it was "lost boy" or something like that.
