Ability to Disable Rain

The visual for rain can be very nauseating and uncomfortable to play with for people with vision problems or sensory processing disorder. This could be overcome by having a setting to disable visible rain, but not its effects (e.g there can still be lightning and trident buffs). This will allow people with disabilities to more easily play non-cheat worlds (wont have to toggle downfall) without suffering from these symptoms. There could be a notification in the corner of the screen to tell players its raining without having to see the visuals or just a reduced/slower visual overlay.

    Download OptiFine (if you play on Java) and then disable rain particles
