Java Support for Blinking Skins

In Bedrock, Steve and Alex have animated skins, and they blink. For Java, support for this should be added, with default “blinking” versions of Steve and Alex skins, but also, for custom skins, allow skinmakers to make custom “blinking” skins for their custom skins.

    Most people don't like blinking skins, and they're just weird overall. I don't think this should happen, but if it does, there should be an option to turn it off.

    It would not be possible since all the aspects that you download may or may not have eyes or have them somewhere else.
