Updating Illusioners

the Illusioner has been in the works for many years and has still yet to be put into the full game. My idea is initially inspired by how Minecraft Dungeons implemented this cool villian. The Illusioner would have a new fancy skin that is the exact same as the one from dungeons. The updated mob would also wield a crossbow with fireworks as projectiles. Each spawning of the Illusioner would have fireworks with different combination of colors, trail, and shapes that deal damage to the player. This would be a nice early game introduction to fireworks and how you can use them. When killing the Illusioner, it would have a chance to drop either its crossbow with or without a firework loaded in, or it can simply drop some of its fireworks. It can even be a cool addition to have a custom firework that has an Illagers face on it much like the creepers face and that can be a trophy item. the Illusioner can spawn in the upper levels of woodland mansions as well as during raids.
