More fps for lower spec computer

I like to play Java edition but I have an issue, It does not run smoothly on my computer (My computer is low spec). If mojang could reach out to Optifine and figure out a way to get the Java Edition to be running as smooth as bedrock Edition I think a lot of people could be able to play the game more enjoyably, and while they are at it set the default minimum fps to Unlimited that would be even better.

    I am well aware that my computer is low spec and that is an issue for most of the FPS being low. However many people do like the java edition but for those who have low spec computers and they got what they could afford should not be greeted with low FPS.
