ice zombies and ice creeper in the new mountains

It consists of a creeper that when it explodes freezes all its around 6x6 blocks and the zombie freezes the player for about 3 seconds and the amount of life is 20 and the two mods die with the sun for that new snapshot of the caves and mountains update

    I was gonna say to add ice skeletons but we already have strays. make strays spawn in the mega mountains. Also, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease add the Chillager (aka Iceologer)
