Unused Hovering Inferno Boss being added

Since it was discovered that the Hovering Inferno(Mob D) was an unused mini-boss/Boss in the dungeons' spinoff flames of the nether dlc; In its place was a statue to confirm it's existence in the nether fortress level. I personally wonder why it was scrapped and left in the game's files, with it's model rendered and abit of behavior from typical blaze AI. I think it would be very entertaining to see it added into the nether fortress level of some kind as the dlc's boss level. It would wrap up the flames of the nether nicely.
