Make brewing stands in villages usable

Today you can find brewing stands in villages but they are useless without blaze powder and for most usages also netherwart. I want to suggest that the cleric house in a village comes with a brewing stand that is charged with blaze powder and maybe even a few netherwart in a chest or a few akward potions. This would make it easier to get your feet wet with brewing but you still have to go to the nether to brew more than just a couple of potions.
