Enchantment Books

Enchantment books would have a certain enchantment that you could place on a weapon (if it has a free slot or maybe it will override for later game stages) Maybe you could have an Enchanter that sells a book that you can then apply or maybe you can just have an enchanting table that you use to get books. The books could maybe function similarly to normal weapons where the book gets 3 random enchants that you choose from (the tradeoff could be using a enchant point as a payoff for a guaranteed enchant)
