Launcher features

The launcher should remember your last selected installation of Minecraft. For example, I have 1.8.9, and if I select that version, it opens. But when I close Minecraft and open the launcher again, it automatically defaults to the Latest version of Minecraft (currently 1.16.5) and I want it to remember my last selection.

  when ever i open the launcher it makes me sign in with a different log in screen. then it says my credentials are wrong
