Ability to switch to older versions of the game on bedrock

This would allow users to easily just click between versions of the game on bedrock an example being 1.16.3 to 1.16.1 or even 1.14 and earlier.

    This would be confusing because Bedrock has a different way of version names. (for example, 1.16.5 would be 1.16.210)

    This would be super cool to have as I started a world back in PE 0.11 that was since deleted and since world generation has substantially changed since 2015 (I started playing in 2012/2013 though) so now it would be hard for me to recreate it because the seed doesn't generate the same anymore.
