Direction to dust particle

Normally with particles, you can set direction where will particle go by ssetting count to 0, however with dust particle it doesn't work and I think, that dust is very nice particle, which you can color, but It's hard to make it in direction, so I want Mojang to add this direction to dust particle, who's with me?!?!?

    Yes I agree. The command /particle dust-effect and other configurable colored particles are really not practical to use, they should be improved with a new argument at the end: <color> or <R> <G> <B>
