Port Baby Squid and Baby Glow Squid to Java

Bedrock Edition has had a baby variant of squids for a long time and just recently got one of the glow squid. I think in order to increase version parity, these features should be ported over to Java Edition prior to the release of the Caves and Cliffs update.
