Kids' maps/unassigned players' maps

I think it would be cool if there was an area like the Minecraft marketplace where anyone/kids could easily post there world's, texture packs, ect. Everything in this area would be free as its main goal would be kids sharing there things. By adding this kids could easily post there things each pack would have to be checked to make sure it was okay for kids/other players to play. This would likely have lower quality work than the marketplace but a lot of players would probably like this, especially kids.
