Crossplay should have an option to be enabled or disabled for servers

Each platform has disadvantages and advantages. But mobile, console and windows 10 players should have the option to matchmake for crossplay or other users like them. That way mobile can choose to play crossplay or with other mobile users, same for the others. This would be optional.
