Add option for subtitles to mobile Minecraft

Mobile Minecraft doesn't seem to have subtitles as an option, which really stuck for people who can't hear or play on mute

    Yes please! I'm hearing impaired myself and recently got pocket edition because my computer is with my sister and I relied heavily on the subtitles to know what was happening around me while mining. Now with pocket edition I'm struggling heavily and dying every five seconds because of creepers sneaking up on me because I cannot hear them.
