Increase Grimstone braking time

the increased diamond generation in the lowest layers in 21w07a actually make strip mining worth a lot more regardless of Grimestone taking longer to mine, so increase Grimstones breaking time even more, as to discourage strip mining in the early game encouraging the player to explore caves instead of playing it safe. but if players want to collect vast quantities of diamonds or Grimestone for a build in the late game, enchantments and/or netherite pick axe could offer much faster times for mining.

    I agree. How much breaking time is another question though
