Mysterious hooded figure who lives in deep dark near ruined Nether portal, surrounded by black and red candles. He buys items and blocks from Nether for dark rituals. Like village trader but only for Nether items. Great new way to link Nether to overworld caves, more reason to explore Nether, and to amplify spooky deep dark vibe. Nether portals in deep dark could be directly linked to piglin bastions or nether fortress.
He can sell stuff which will help to explore deep dark and fight Warden. For example: new light block or item which will emit light in much larger radius (because new large caves require lot of light to prevent mobs from spawning, and do this with torches might be tricky) or new potions and enchantments which could help to defeat Warden.
