Redstone rod

This tool can only be used by the player and putting it in a despenser will only give it back as an item. but what would this tool do anyway we'll nothing big but redstone engineers will love it, it powers redstone dusts when clicked on while holding this item so no need to be fast if your making a basic redstone clock. This isn't a big thing and it will make redstone engineers like me happy.
