Add Button To Move Chat from top left to Bottom left.

I Think this Is a good idea as I know The reason Why Bedrock Has got the Chat on the top left is for mobile Players.But I think People Who Play Other Platform Of Bedrock such as, Console, pc. I think In The Settings Of Bedrock I Think That there Should Be a Button where you can Move your Chat on your device to the Bottom left (Like Java) or The Top left. I think that this Change Is very Much Needed. And it also Makes the players decide for where they would Like there Chat on there Screen. I think this is Very Much Needed Please Add This In to Bedrock.
