Allow a higher player count for Minecraft Realms

This would allow more payment options for different Minecraft realms.

7.99 for 10 players on at the same time

11.99 for 15 players on at the same time

15.99 for 20 players on at the same time

20.99 for 25 players on at the same time

25.99 for 30 players on at the same time

Minecraft Realms plus would have the same options just a dollar more expensive. This way it would allow SMPs to run under realms. This would allow for a great survival multiplayer experience. I would also like if there was a feature that would allow the operator to not have any commands.

    I'll just add that the prices should be competitive with other server providers.
