The wandering trader sells loot that despawned when you die

The Wandering trader should have a chance that when and if you die, and your loot despawns, the wandering trader can by chance pick up some of this lost loot and bring it back to you. But it's not free, he'll ask for a hefty price of emeralds. The wandering trader should also pick out the more valuable loot if possible
