Allow Minecraft Xbox One version users to play Minecraft on Windows 10

It'd be great to implement a new feature that would allow Minecraft Xbox One version users to simply download Minecraft Windows 10 version on PC without any supplementary fees thanks to their Microsoft account (you'd download Minecraft Windows 10 via Microsoft Store on PC). I'm actively trying to free up space on my Xbox One Console for a specific game and I'd hate to delete Minecraft and not be able to play it just for that specific game, so I thought it'd be a good idea to have a feature that would allow a transfer to another device and a version change with your Microsoft account without having to pay twice for the same product.
