A new mob that spawns in flowers and grass where it walks

For the longest time, I have yearned for a mob that spawns in flowers and grass on grass blocks it has walked on. The closest we've gotten to this is the moobloom. But since the moobloom most likely won't be added, I suggest we add a new mob with this functionality.

The greenskeeper is a mob that will spawn in grass or flowers on grass blocks it walks on. It is a semi-neutral mob(attacks under the right conditions). It will only attack if a bee is hurt around it. It does a lot of damage and has half the health of an iron golem. I imagine it is tall around 4 blocks in height.
