New Blind Miniboss: The Great Golden Fetcher (Continuation of The Fetcher)

The Great Golden Fetcher is a bigger version of the Fetcher. It is hostile towards the player. It will not trust you no matter what. The Great Golden Fetcher won't fly away from phantoms like Fetchers do. Upon death it will drop a "Fetcher Egg" which can be thrown. There is an 100% chance for a baby Fetcher with a trust level of 4 to spawn. It won't be like a pet but act more like a baby fox that trusts you.
The Great Golden Fetcher will give an effect called stench. This effect will make all other Fetchers target you.
