A new creeper boss

You will need to get a stack of green dust that creepers with drop (1 out of 64 chance to get) then you will be amble to throw it like the ender eye but everyone of them you will throw will most likely to break and then once you are there you will see a lot of creepers and one of them will take 10 green dust so that you can go to the creeper boss once you have defeated the giant boss creeper it will drop a creeper potion and when you drink the creeper potion it makes you turn into a creeper for 10 to 25 minutes

    Make the creeper boss explode is enough to kill it ?
    How does the creeper takes 10 green dust ?
    Is it usefull to be transformed into a creeper ?

    Honestly, i'm not sure this suggestion may be a good idea for an update, maybe for a mod however
