Advanced settings for sounds

Being able to choose the volume of each block would be a good idea for the following situations : 

for exemple when you've built a huge farm the animals make a lot of sound , wich makes it a bit annoying.

The sound of minecart is a bit too loud for me and I would like to lower it.

  Able to change the volume of EACH SOUND?! The current sound options is already massive for a game
