Minecart track bridge

I think it would be cool if we could make tracks go over other tracks, and be able to see the underneath of minecart tracks, maybe by introducing a stable variation of minecart tracks/ powered rail etc. that doesn't need support from a block underneath or have to be placed on one. I want to be able to move tracks up and down possibly by using sticky pistons so instead of just limiting rails to changing left to right or right to left, that we can have hidden paths with an upper track and a lower track.

I would like it on both Java and Bedrock, but if it were only 1, I'd pick Java.
