A Proper "Community" Section in the Marketplace

Mojang should add a proper "community" section in the marketplace, this section would give non-marketplace partners the chance to share their work with others. Think of it as CurseForge or PlanetMinecraft but built-in to the game. This would also give non-marketplace partners a chance to get noticed by Mojang.

    I'm not sure you can call it Items from the community when you need a business to be allowed to share content. 

    It would be enough for me if you could only share content with your friends. If quality is your concern. The store could have an entry with contents of your friends. And maybe if that would prove to be stable, some may get access too a broader audience. But making some skins and share those with my friends and use it on a consile is what I'm currently looking for.
