Height Limit Customization

For low performance devices (especially mobile devices), which are overlooked in everyone's eagerness to increase the height limit. Also, those with high performance devices could increase the height limit to a maximum of 1,024 or so if they want to (though the world generation limit would not increase to keep it from being too demanding).

    Yes He's right because I hated the height limit I don't accept 320 height limit for 2.50 years come to me with the following: change the height limit for example: whether 1024 or 2022 the highest is 143620, that's enough for me, do it in update 21w09a
