Make Zombie Horses Obtainable in Survival

Currently, Zombie Horses are in Minecraft, yet we can't get them in Survival Mode. My suggestion is that they replace horses in the stables of Zombie Villages to make them rare, but worth it if you happen to find one!

    or just have a horse get struck by lightning like zombie pigmen

    i think a good way to make it obtainable would be breeding a skeleton horse and a living horse to make a zombie horse.
