Change Nether Fungi to not use Wart Blocks

First off, using Nether Wart Blocks for Fungi has made it impossible to allow uncrafting of Nether Wart Blocks back into Nether Wart. Secondly... the Fungi trees just look incredibly visually unappealing. The Fungi tops have very bland textures and basic shapes and personally I think they should better match their smaller counterparts, looking more like huge mushroom-like shapes. Wart Blocks right now just aren't useful or visually appealing for building in my opinion. Change the Wart Blocks into something non-Wart-related, especially since they're not even generated by Nether Wart, they're generated by Fungus. It doesn't even make sense for it to be Wart. Instead, make them generated with "Crimson Fungi Cap" and "Warped Fungi Cap" with textures and shapes more resembling the smaller Fungi and the Huge Mushrooms in the overworld.
