Parrots

While flying with the elytra, the parrot(s) on your shoulder currently hovers above you. Instead, I think the parrot(s) should fly along side you, with their wings flapping, similar to the current animation when the bird flies around.

    how about including armor stands being recognized as a perching spot by parrots,   If there is a player, they prefentially go to the player, but if there is an armor stand and you stand near it with the parrot on your shoulder, it will hop over and you can have it stay there... 
    or we need a "bird perch stand" we can make that looks like a short armor stand but the parrot will preferentially land on.
