Replace block with water when broken underwater

When a block is broken underwater it is replaced by air, causing a 0.5ish second time where air is shown underwater.

This looks ugly and doesn't make any sense.

I propose that when breaking a block that is next to 2 water sources, the game replaces the broken block with a water source block instead of air.

This would remove the weird air block and make it look better.
