Dead pets returning as zombies / skeletons

Losing a pet or villager you liked really sucks in a playthrough because if they die, they can't come back. However, if a tamed animal, entity named with a name tag or villager with a high enough tier (gold or emerald +) died or despawned, they could rarely appear at night as zombified or skeleton versions of the mob that died, keeping all their entity data. zombified animals will not attack the player or villagers (they may have to be retamed). The zombified/skeletal pets can be "cured" with a weakness potion and golden apple, with your pet being essentially respawned. You can also have a skeleton or zombie version of your pet, which acts exactly the same.

    We already have skelly and zombie horses, why not cats and dogs and any other tameable animal?
