New option to the execute if command

I think an option to use statistics in commands would be great. To operate this command simply type, "/execute if stat [stat id] [target entity] [matches/equal to/greater than/less than/greater than or equal to/lesser than or equal to]". I feel this will extend the capabilities of Minecraft commands by a lot.
