Redstone update

The redstone has been with us a long time, so here they are some ideas to improve the redstone.                                  

First of all the redstone, the repeater and comparator cannot be put vertically, so now we could put them vertically

Plants as they grow are detected by the observer that create energy for redstone but planta doesn't tele totally, so now there is a thing that has two inputs, one store redstone's energy and the other that store one redstone energy every time one tick of redstone's energy Enter to that input and when both of the inputs have iqual redstone's energy it create redstone energy
