Getting a cape when you defeat the ender dragon

You get an achievement when you kill the ender dragon and feel that you should get a cape for completing the game. On Bedrock for certain achievements you get items of clothing for the character to use in the character creator and I have noticed that in java that is not the case and achievements are world specific. I think that people should be able to prove that they have beaten the ender dragon and I feel that this should not be world specific; you should be able to wear the cape all the time. I also think that you should only get the cape if you defeat the ender Dragon in survival with cheats off.

  This should definitely be a thing, but should only apply if the dragon was killed in a no cheats world, so then people can't use creative mode to get it.
