Endermen pick up any blocks when aggrivated

Since the Endermen seems to be some of the most intelligent enemies in the game, I think it would be cool if they would be able to have access any block in the game when you attack them or look into their eyes. (Excluding bedrock, obsidian, of course) This would be a nice way to show that the Endermen are not all bad, and they will respect you and your property unless you disrespect them. It could be a way of showing that they are indeed intelligent creatures and that they do respect other races.
