Add Deep Sea

Let's add the deep sea to explore the deeper sea.

    Short of adding a whole deep dark ocean biome, just make the floor of the deep ocean biomes around 0, instead of 45 where it is now.

    Yes! Oceans never feel deep and mysterious because you can almost always see the bottom (I play on super dark settings because I love horror games and hate fun) maybe that's not a problem for most people. We definitely need some form of hostile or at least defensive mobs for these deep-sea areas I think. In any case, more volume to explore can only do good in a sandbox game about exploration!
