Animals drop rotten flesh instead of their meat if it dies to Wither effect

The Wither effect makes everything affected by it to wither away, in other similar words, decay or rot. If an animal dies to this effect, their meat should rot and they should drop rotten flesh instead of their regular meat drop.

It won't affect the drops of wither roses since it's a separate drop.
