Villager behavior change in bedrock edition

I would like them to change the behavior of the villagers when choosing a job (in short, make a parity with java edition), since when trying to make a villager choose the job you want, a villager who is 23 meters away he is the one who takes the job and not the villager you are seeing, and it is very uncomfortable when making a villager farm since they choose by their own to be far or near. Parity java and bedrock.
