Grass, flower and leaves movement

Grass, leaves and flowers should be animated to sway side to side as if the wind is blowing. it’s my favourite part about shaders, however i can’t use them because i’m on bedrock. including an option to be able to turn it on and off, just like ‘Beautiful Skies’.
