When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Chained Rails

Overview                                                                                                                            Chained Rails would be a new Item tat could be crafted in order to go up vertical walls to deliver items, It would be crafted with the new chain released in 1.16                                         

Uses                                                                                                                                            This could become very useful in the 1.17 Caves and cliffs update as you could make a tunnel which goes straight down and due to the dangers this would be a way of moving resources without having to go up every time also it would not be overpowered as you still need to make your way back to where it has been built in order to drop off your items.

    this may be a bit overpowered because it can go straight up walls, but we could make it like a roller coaster track at the beginning, if it receives a redstone signal it will pull a car (or in this example minecart) until the special track stops. Even though i have some different ideas, you have my vote.
