Minecraft Festival Cape Vote

I think that since this is the first in-person Minecraft Event since 2016, that we should vote on a cape just like the first MINECON of 2011. We could recycle the unused capes from 2011 and a new cape and vote between them. That way people get a choice of what cape they would like. (The Vote should be on a Minecraft Website to prevent spam voting)
