Make the Auto Jump disabled by Default.

I get it that some people with mobile devices might have some problems with the jumping, but the Java Edition Users have a lot of keyboard keys! It should be disabled by Default and if the person wants auto jump, they just go to the settings and turn it on. Many people disable it and when I say it, I mean it, make it disabled by Default.
